Depression

We’ll work together to help you to feel less alone, feel heard and understood, and move toward an experience of “relief” from feelings of depression. We’ll explore what may be any underlying past or present experiences that are fueling feelings of depression.

Anxiety

We’ll explore understanding the experience of anxiety in the body, ways to regulate and co-regulate, working with the nervous system, moving from an “activated” or “collapsed” experience to enable an “engaged” state, with clear-thinking and calmed somatic experience.

Trauma

Trauma-informed practice, using specific strategies to process through past experiences of trauma. We’ll work relationally, using parts work and visualization, as well as experientially to support a felt sense of moving together and in a way that co-creates emotional safety.

Couples

We’ll work to deepen emotional and physical connection, and develop strategies to navigate arguments in a way that feels more manageable. Using EFT strategies, we’ll explore barriers and ways to communicate more effectively together.

Working together to create new and healing experiences. We will build emotional safety and identify barriers that get in your way so you can move through them, feel relief and champion adaptive ways forward.

Apply to the Past

We all have past experiences, resilient parts and wounded parts. We can carry negative thought patterns about ourselves. We will work together to identify what parts are protective, or needs our attention and care. So past experiences can settle in the past, and not surface as barriers in the present.

Building Self-Trust

You will find connection with the strengths, knowledge and wisdom that you already and innately hold, as an internal compass, guiding you forward in a meaningful way.

Session Details

  • I offer 55 minute sessions for $175 and $250 for an 85 min appointment

  • I accept cash and credit cards

  • I don’t accept insurance, but I can provide a superbill to submit to insurance

  • I request 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule a session, excluding emergencies

  • I will provide a “good faith estimate” after our free consultation
